Dear students,
I on behalf of my Lecturers and college staff welcome you all to our college website. Our aim is to transform young minds into practical thinkers, skilled workers, responsible citizens and morally enlightened individuals. We believe in the fact that” educating mind without heart is no education at all”. In my opinion, gaining knowledge is not the principal focus of education. Instead, the focus is holistic development of students. We give major importance to discipline, moral integrity and cognitive development of our students. Hence, we endeavour constantly to instil moral values and principles in our students. Our special focus is on Result Oriented Education. The academic activities focus on helping students to gain thorough and in development of skills to implement that knowledge and in development of skills to implement them. We also constantly review our system for improvements. We have established strong links with many Industries in Dewas. Our Training and Placement cell is diligently working with aim to provide Industrial Training, Internship and Placement opportunities to our students. Located in an Industrial area, our college enjoys the benefit of easy approach to many Industries. We are proud of our College alumni who are successfully working in Industries or pursuing further studies from reputed Institutions. There is also an ample scope in co-curricular and extra co-curricular activities at GPC Dewas where students are encouraged to show their talent. We want our students to not only be efficient technicians but also ideal and exemplary citizens of our country. We have good infrastructure, well equipped labs and qualified faculty to help students achieve their dreams. My advice for students is that learn to enjoy hard work. Think wisely and be prepared for upcoming challenges. Stand up for our heritage, traditions and environment. The future belongs to you. Always remember that good thoughts and actions can never produce bad results and bad thoughts and actions can never produce good results.
